The Delfield GAHPT1-SH Specification Line® heated cabinet's pass-thru configuration grants operators access to the front and back of the unit for pan loading and removal. Two solid, half-height Dutch doors built into the front and back enable operators to retrieve product from a specific section of the cabinet, which can help minimize temperature fluctuations. The doors' hinges close the doors automatically when they're opened less than 90 degrees and lock the doors in an open position if they're opened more than 90 degrees. Inside the cabinet, three chrome wire shelves accommodate full-size sheet pans and can be adjusted to save space. Incandescent interior lighting improves view of product to streamline inventory checks. Overall, this stainless steel cabinet measures 27²/₅ inches wide by 32⁷/₁₆ inches deep by 79³/₈ inches high and is mounted on 5-inch locking casters.

To ensure a variety of precooked foods can be warmed for serving, the Delfield GAHPT1-SH heated cabinet has a holding temperature range between 120 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. For uniform circulation, the heating elements are built behind the vertical ducts. The easyTouch® control enables operators to manipulate cavity temperatures and has a remote monitoring capability that lets users multitask. Mounted on the front of the unit, this digital management system also includes a temperature display with high- and low-temperature visual alarms that alert when temperatures rise or fall unexpectedly. To preserve temperatures€”even when the unit is stored in cool ambient temperatures or when the doors are opened for short periods of time€”the cabinet is insulated with high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane.
