The Delfield GAHPT2-GH Specification Line® heated cabinet features eight half-height hinged glass doors with locks, offering convenient access to stored items from both sides in its pass-thru, two-section design. The smart door hinge auto-closes up to 90 degrees and stays open past 90 degrees for ease of use in busy kitchens. Six adjustable chrome wire shelves accommodate full-size sheet pans, making this cabinet versatile for various food storage needs. Fully insulated with high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane, the cabinet maintains consistent internal conditions.

The heating system of the Delfield GAHPT2-GH mobile heated cabinet is designed to deliver precise temperature control between 120 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Heating elements positioned behind vertical ducts ensure optimal airflow and energy efficiency, while the fan motor is mounted outside the heated compartment to protect critical components. Controlled via a 4 ³/₁₀-inch easyTouch® screen with remote monitoring, the system also includes a digital exterior temperature display with high/low visual alarms. Additional features include energy-efficient removable door gaskets, a removable side louver, 5-inch locking casters shipped loose for field installation, and a 40-watt incandescent light for enhanced visibility.
