The Delfield GAHRI1-S Specification Line® heated cabinet includes a 1-inch-tall stainless steel ramp that slopes at 10 degrees so operators can roll a pan rack into the cabinet. Its single-section, full-height configuration measures 34 inches wide by 33¹⁹/₂₀ inches deep by 89¹/₂₀₀ inches high, and its door opening is 28⁷/₂₅ inches wide by 72³/₁₀ inches high. To help preserve temperatures, the door is solid and locks in an open position past 90 degrees, and it comes with a door lock to prevent tampering. For long-term use, the interior, front, and sides are durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel.

Heating elements are built behind the Delfield GAHRI1-S roll-in heated cabinet's vertical ducts, and because they span the length of the ducts, they heat the cabinet's interior uniformly. To ensure precooked foods are held at safe temperatures, the heating elements maintain temperatures between 120 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators can manipulate temperatures with the easyTouch® Control, which offers a remote monitoring capability. Temperatures are displayed on the unit's exterior, and high- and low-temperature visual alarms will alert the operator when temperatures fall or rise out of the programmed range. To retain temperatures in cool and warm storage environments, the unit is insulated with high-density polyurethane.
