Ideal for warming large batches of precooked foods, the Delfield GAHRI2-S Specification Line® roll-in heated cabinet has two sections to accommodate two pan racks. To ease moving the pan rack into and out of the cabinet, this unit comes with a 1-inch-tall stainless steel ramp that slopes at 10 degrees. Each section has a correlating door that opens individually to provide access to a specific section. When opened past 90 degrees, the door stays in an open position, and each door opening measures 28⁷/₂₅ inches wide by 72³/₁₀ inches high to accommodate a pan rack comfortably. This unit's front, sides, and interior are made of stainless steel, and it measures 66 inches wide by 34 inches deep by 89¹/₂₀₀ inches high overall.

With a holding range between 120 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, the Delfield GAHRI2-S heated cabinet ensures products are held at safe temperatures. Its heating elements are built behind the vertical ducts and span the length of the unit to heat product uniformly. High-density polyurethane is foamed in place to preserve temperatures, even when it's stored in cool or warm environments. As cabinet setting requirements change, operators can raise or lower temperatures with the easyTouch® Control system. A digital temperature display indicates internal temperatures, while high- and low-temperature visual alarms notify operators when temperatures are not within the programmed settings.
