This Delfield GAHRT2-S Specification Line® heated cabinet generates and maintains temperatures between 120 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit with heating elements located behind the unit's vertical ducts. Insulated with high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane, the cabinet preserves temperatures when stored in cool or warm environments. Operators can adjust temperatures with the easyTouch Control® system, which also includes a remote monitoring capability. For quick identification, temperatures are displayed on the unit's exterior, while visual alarms indicate the temperature is too high or low.

The Delfield GAHRT2-S heated cabinet's interior measures 62 inches by 31⁷/₁₀ inches and is split into two sections to accommodate two pan racks. Users can load racks into the unit by pushing them up the stainless steel ramp, and because it has a pass-thru configuration, product is accessible from the front and back. Two solid, full-length doors are built into the front and back to provide direct access to specific sections. When opened less than 90 degrees, the doors close automatically; otherwise, they stay locked in an open position. Designed for longevity, its interior, front, and sides are made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Overall, it measures 66 inches wide by 36³/₂₀ inches deep by 89¹/₂₀₀ inches high.
