The Hatco GR2S-72 Glo-Ray® portable heated shelf measures 78¹/₄ inches wide by 27 inches deep and 7 inches high with a warming top that is 71³/₄ inches wide by 21³/₄ inches deep, so it's large enough for operators to warm five full-size pans simultaneously. Its rounded edges and sleek, plated finish with black insets ensure that this shelf blends in with almost any current decor. Because a 6-foot-long cord is included with the shelf, it can conveniently be placed anywhere there is an electrical outlet nearby.

Staff can choose a temperature between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit using the Hatco GR2S-72 portable warming shelf's adjustable thermostat. It's also obvious when the surface is hot due to an illuminated power switch on the side of the shelf. A blanket-type foil element provides even heat across the whole surface, while the hardcoat aluminum top dependably maintains temperatures.
