The Hatco GRS-18-B Glo-Ray® portable heated shelf keeps food at optimal holding temperatures without affecting its quality. The sleek aluminum and stainless design blends in with most existing themes. An illuminated rocker switch on the side of the unit enables staff to instantly see if the surface is hot. Operators can place the shelf anywhere that an electrical outlet is available because of the 6-foot-long cord.

The countertop design of this Hatco GRS-18-B Glo-Ray heated shelf is ideal for pass-thru areas, buffet lines, and a heated worktop, while the rubber feet ensure that it won't move during use. Fiberglass insulation holds heat from the blanket-type heating element to efficiently maintain temperatures and facilitate even heat distribution. Temperatures can be conveniently changed with the adjustable thermostatic controls.
