The Hatco GRS-18-E Glo-Ray® countertop warming shelf extends the holding time of hot prepared foods. It measures 18 inches wide by 13³/₄ inches deep by 2³⁹/₁₀₀ inches high€”a great size for adding base heat to a pass-thru window or buffet. The stainless steel top of the shelf resists rust and can be wiped down after use. Operators can readily discern whether the shelf is on because the rocker switch will light up, and a 6-foot-long cord enables it to be placed anywhere within reach of an electrical outlet.

A single, blanket-type element supplies the Hatco GRS-18-E portable warming shelf with evenly distributed heat, while fiberglass insulation retains the heat and holds it at the surface. Staff can conveniently adjust the temperature as needed with the built-in thermostatic control. The temperature range of the warming top is between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Rubber feet prevent the shelf from slipping as items are placed on and removed from it.
