The Hatco GRS-18-I warming shelf features a stainless steel top that resists rust and corrosion and can be wiped clean. For additional corrosion resistance, its base is made of extruded aluminum. This freestanding unit is positioned on 1-inch nonslip rubber feet to secure it on a countertop or buffet line, and it measures 18 inches wide by 19¹/₂ inches deep by 2³⁹/₁₀₀ inches high overall.

To accommodate various food holding requirements, the Hatco GRS-18-I heated shelf can hold product at a set temperature between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Employees can make precise adjustments using the thermostatic controls. To optimize performance and efficiency, this unit features a blanket-type heating element that evenly distributes heat and fiberglass insulation that preserves generated temperatures.
