To fit various food holding requirements, the Hatco GRS-30-A warming shelf can be set to a temperature between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit on the thermostatic controls. To optimize performance and efficiency, this unit features a blanket-type heating element and fiberglass insulation that retains warmth.

The Hatco GRS-30-A heated shelf features a stainless steel top that eases cleaning and resists corrosion and rust. For additional corrosion resistance, it sports an extruded aluminum base. This freestanding unit is positioned on 1-inch nonslip rubber feet for security on a countertop or buffet line, and it measures 30 inches wide by 6 inches deep by 2.39 inches high overall.
