To keep food pans warm on serving lines for short periods, the Hatco GRS-30-D Glo-Ray® heated shelf's built-in thermostatic control can be adjusted between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Its blanket-type heating element distributes heat uniformly across the shelf's surface, and this shelf is insulated with fiberglass to minimize temperature fluctuations and save energy. Users can quickly power this unit with the illuminated on/off switch.

Compatible with front- and back-of-house applications, the Hatco GRS-30-D freestanding heated shelf's utilitarian stainless steel surface resists rust, corrosion, and wear from frequent use, while its extruded aluminum base adds durability. This 30-inch-wide by 12-inch-deep by 2³⁹/₁₀₀-inch-high unit is portable for cleaning and maintenance and can be integrated into existing buffet lines and pass-thru areas. To prevent sliding on countertops during loading or retrieval, four 1-inch nonslip rubber feet are built onto its base.
