The Hatco GRS-36-D Glo-Ray® heated shelf's sleek, minimalist design fits front- and back-of-house applications, while its resilient stainless steel surface and extruded aluminum base resist corrosion and can be wiped clean between uses. For incorporation in a buffet line, self-service area, pass-thru setup, or workstation, it measures 36 inches wide by 12 inches deep by 5³/₈ inches high and is equipped with 4-inch nonslip rubber feet.

Operators can set the Hatco GRS-36-D countertop heated shelf's temperature between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and the blanket-type foil element evenly distributes heat across the surface. Although this element only generates enough heat for short-term holding, integrated fiberglass insulation retains that heat near the surface to minimize loss and conserve energy. Its built-in power switch is simple to use and illuminates when the unit to show that the unit is hot.
