For precise temperature modification, the Hatco GRS-42-K heated shelf's thermostatic control can be adjusted from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. While its blanket-type heating element distributes warmth evenly, its fiberglass insulation retains that heat near the surface the surface to minimize fluctuations and energy loss. Users can simply turn this unit on or off with its power switch, which glows to notify employees when it's in use.
