To accommodate various holding requirements, the Hatco GRS-48-E Glo-Ray® heated shelf's thermostat is adjustable between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Its blanket-type heating element generates enough heat for short-term holding applications while ensuring even heat distribution across the stainless steel surface. Fiberglass insulation maintains surface heat to minimize energy loss and temperature fluctuations that could affect product quality. Because its power switch illuminates when it's on, staff can quickly discern if the unit is in use.

This Hatco GRS-48-E freestanding warming shelf's sleek, utilitarian design features a rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel surface with a durable extruded aluminum base. Four nonslip rubber feet elevate the base for cleaning underneath it, and as products are loaded or removed, these 4-inch-tall feet stabilize the unit. This versatile 48-inch-wide by 13³/₄-inch-deep by 5³/₈-inch-high shelf can be incorporated into buffet lines, workstations, and self-service areas.
