Keeping cooked food warm until it is ready to be served, the Hatco GRS-54-K Glo-Ray® heated shelf has a 54-inch width and 231/2-inch depth. It can be placed between pass-thru windows, on buffet lines, or used as a heated work shelf. Designed for uniform heat distribution, the blanket-type element operates without cold or hot spots. Fiberglass insulation in the shelf prevents heat from escaping, and the stainless steel and extruded aluminum construction increases strength. The adjustable legs maintain stability, while the feet reduce slipping.
