The Hatco GRS-60-F Glo-Ray® heated shelf keeps cooked food warm at safe temperatures without a hazardous flame or high-maintenance water bath. It has a blanket-type heating element, which provides an even heat without hot or cold spots. Depending on the type of food the operator is warming, the thermostat can be adjusted to reach the ideal set temperature. Fiberglass insulation in the shelf keeps heat around the surface, while the metal construction supports heavy use without a high risk of corrosion. Measuring 60 inches wide by 151/2 inches wide, the shelf is great for pass-thru areas, buffet lines, and work tables.
