For convenient self-service, the Hatco GRSDH-24D Glo-Ray® merchandising warmer has an open pass-thru configuration, which lets employees load fresh items into the back while customers shop up front. Clear tempered glass side panels grant a full view of displayed products, while incandescent lights highlight the interior to improve presentation and grab customer attention. This 24-inch-wide by 19¹/₂-inch-deep by 25³/₁₀-inch-high unit is intended for countertop use in gas stations, supermarkets, or delis and is furnished with 4-inch legs so users can clean beneath it.

To ensure foods are held at safe serving temperatures, the Hatco GRSDH-24D horizontal warmer's shelves have thermostatically controlled heated bases. Users can modify temperatures from 185 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, while pre-focused infrared top heat directs heat toward the areas where most heat is lost€”the shelves' outer edges. Together, these heating systems create a suitable short-term holding environment for prepared, packaged foods. To organize a wide product range, from rotisserie chicken to personal pizza, each shelf includes five product divider rods.
