A low-wattage, top-mounted heating system warms this Hatco GRSDS/H-41D Glo-Ray® merchandising warmer's horizontal top shelf, ensuring popcorn is held at safe serving temperatures. Pre-focused top infrared elements disperse heat toward the slanted bottom shelf's outer edge to reduce heat loss. Both shelves have thermostatically controlled heated bases that can be modified from 185 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate specific holding requirements. Because the bottom shelf is slanted, it's ideal for ensuring wrapped products, nachos, rotisserie chicken, or boxed pizza slide toward the shelf's edge when an item is retrieved.

The Hatco GRSDS/H-41D merchandising display warmer's tempered glass sides and incandescent-lighted interior grant a full view of the cabinet to optimize merchandising on countertops. As inventory changes, users can organize displayed contents on the shelves with the included product divider rods. Customers can select their purchase from the open front while employees load fresh foods into the open back, creating a seamless pass-thru system.
