To hold a wide product range for short time periods, the Hatco HZMH-30 merchandising warmer's 12.37-inch-wide by 21.75-inch-deep shelf includes four heated zones and overhead heating. When an item is loaded onto one of the heated zones, Spot-On® Technology will turn on overheating heating automatically and warm the base from energy-saving mode to the programmed temperature. Fast-action ribbon elements can heat to a specific temperature in less than 10 seconds. Operators can monitor and modify each zone's temperature with the LCD display.

Designed for countertop use in convenience stores, delis, concession stands, and cafeterias, the Hatco HZMH-30 horizontal heated zone merchandising warmer measures 33.90 inches wide by 28.56 inches deep by 21.86 inches high and comes in Designer black to match established decorative themes. This doorless unit has a pass-thru configuration that lets employees insert fresh foods into the back without interfering with shopping customers. To grab customers' attention, LED lighting illuminates the interior, while tempered side glass grants a full view of the cabinet. Operators can merchandise various foods on the shelf with the included divider rods, which are held in place by magnets to maximize available heated surface space.
