The Hatco HZMH-36 countertop heated display shelf heats to set temperatures in less than 10 seconds with its fast-action ribbon heating elements. For monitoring, an LCD display scans and displays the settings for each heating zone. It utilizes Spot-On® Technology that only heats the sections on which the food is to reduce energy use. This unit has a hard-coat aluminum base for strength and is black to complement various locations.
