All four heating zones are individually adjustable with thermostatic controls and can be monitored by an LCD display. To accommodate a range of product on a single shelf, it's fitted with six divider rods that separate food items. This case fits on a countertop and is useable in convenience stores, cafeterias, and bakeries.

The Hatco HZMH-42 self-service heated display shelf utilizes infrared heat. With Spot-On® Technology, the unit's base temperature can be adjusted while its overhead heat powers on only when product is present, reducing energy use. For maximum visibility, its side panels are made of tempered glass. LED lights brighten stored product to catch customer attention, potentially increasing impulse purchases.
