Lip-load slides in the Metro C515-CFC-L half-height heated cabinet accommodate full-size sheet pans, as the cabinet holds 17 trays fully loaded. Operators can monitor food in the cabinet through the polycarbonate door window, and this door is field reversible with a 180-degree opening for users to load pans. A latch secures the door during transport, while the gasket helps trap heat.

With a versatile control panel, this Metro C515-CFC-L mobile heated cabinet can keep cooked product heated or proof product before it's baked. Its temperature range is adjustable between 80 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and at 95 degrees Fahrenheit, the relative humidity can be 95 percent. Because it is bottom mounted, the panel can be removed without tools for maintenance and servicing. Since the cabinet isn't insulated, it's designed for short-term holding and transporting.
