Adjustable from 80 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, the Metro C517-CFC-4 mobile heated cabinet can be used to keep cooked food warm or proof product before baking. Users also can set the humidity at the ideal level to prevent product from drying out. Because the bottom-mounted control panel is recessed, the dials are protected from damage. For maintenance and servicing, the panel can be removed without tools.

Fixed wire slides in this Metro C517-CFC-4 non-insulated heated cabinet are mounted 3 inches apart and accommodate full-size sheet pans or hotel pans. Operators can monitor food through the door window without releasing heat, while the door gasket also seals in heat. Accidental opening is prevented by the latch; due to the unit's aluminum construction, it withstands heavy use and resists corrosion.
