Great for use in hospitals, catering halls, and sporting events, the Metro C533-CLFC-L undercounter heating and proofing cabinet utilizes Red Insulation Armour? and an adjustable thermostat to keep product at ideal serving temperatures. High-density polyethylene retains warm air, and the temperature can be adjusted as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Lip-load slides, which are positioned 1¹/₂ inches apart, accommodate (10) 18-inch by 26-inch food pans. The door is made of clear polycarbonate to offer a view of the cabinet without letting heat escape.

The Metro C533-CLFC-L insulated mobile heating and proofing cabinet is equipped with a polymer drip trough to capture moisture droplets, and its smooth construction makes it simple to wipe clean. It's positioned on 3-inch casters to enable transportation, and two of the casters have brakes to secure the cabinet while it is loaded and unloaded. Made of aluminum, it's durable and corrosion resistant to withstand high-volume use.
