Designed for undercounter use, the Metro C533-CLFC-U insulated mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet measures 27⁵/₈ inches wide by 31¹/₂ inches deep by 32 inches high. Because it utilizes universal wire slides, it can accommodate five 18-inch by 26-inch or (10) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch food pans. The thermostat can be set as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and the controls are situated on a bottom-mount panel that can be removed to streamline access.

The Metro C533-CLFC-U undercounter heated holding and proofing cabinet is made mobile by 3-inch casters, two of which brake to secure the cabinet while it is loaded. A clear polycarbonate door provides a view of product, while its pull-latch handle swings it open 180 degrees to optimize access. Made of aluminum, this unit is durable enough to withstand high-volume commercial use.
