By using the thermostat on the removable, bottom-mount control panel, users of the Metro C533-CLFS-U insulated mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet can adjust the temperature as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. It's fitted with 3-inch casters for mobility and measures 27⁵/₈ inches wide by 31¹/₂ inches deep by 32 inches high for undercounter use. The solid door swings open 180 degrees, making it simple to load and empty the cabinet.

The Metro C533-CLFS-U undercounter heated and proofing cabinet's slides are positioned on 3-inch centers and can be adjusted in 1¹/₂-inch increments. They accommodate five 18-inch by 26-inch or (10) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch food pans. Made of aluminum, this unit is durable and resistant to corrosion, and it's equipped with a polymer drip trough that captures moisture to prevent it from dripping on the floor when the door is opened.
