The Metro C533-HLFS-U-GY heated holding cabinet utilizes a thermostatically controlled, forced convection system that provides fast heat-up and temperature recovery. To simplify operation, it features a master on/off switch as well as an easy-to-read digital thermometer. Its control dials are recessed to reduce the risk of accidental adjustment. These components can be removed without tools to streamline cleaning requirements and maintenance.
