The Metro C535-CLFS-U C5? 3 half-height insulated mobile heated cabinet has the capacity for eight pans. It's insulated with red Insulation Armour?, and the bottom-mounted control module can be removed to ease cleaning. Great for high-temperature applications that don't require moisture, the cabinet reaches temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit.

Designed with universal wire slides on 3-inch centers, the Metro C535-CLFS-U heated holding and proofing cabinet is adjustable in increments of 1¹/₂ inches. Two of this unit's five casters have brakes to enable stationary use. The cabinet retains heat, saves energy, and provides an exterior that's cool to the touch while resisting dents, impact, and stains. Its molded-in hand holds provide operators with vertical handles for mobile applications.
