Part of the Metro C5? 3 series and made with red Insulation Armour?, the Metro C535-HFC-L heated holding and proofing cabinet saves energy, retains heat, and keeps the exterior cool to the touch. Its polymer exterior inhibits dents and stains, and operators can comfortably maneuver the cabinet with its molded-in hand holds. The unit provides three modules: proofing, holding, and combination proof and hold.

The Metro C535-HFC-L half-height insulated mobile heated cabinet features a digital thermometer that's straightforward to read. Users can conveniently operate the unit with its master on/off switch, and power-indicator lights clearly display the unit's status. All the cabinet's controls can be removed without tools, streamlining cleaning and upgrades without replacing the entire cabinet. Fast recovery times are provided by the forced convection system.
