Metro C535-HLFS-4 1/2 Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet w/ (8) Pan Capacity, 120v

The Metro C535-HLFS-4 5? 3 Series half-height heated cabinet is constructed of aluminum to resist corrosion, with additional protection provided by the red Insulation Armour? exterior. A magnetic pull latch on the solid door keeps it closed during transportation. Gaskets around the door frame prevent heat from escaping, and the door opens to 180 degrees for loading and unloading pans. It is also insulated with fiberglass to retain heat.

Pans are held by fixed wire slides 3 inches apart and welded in place for durability. This Metro C535-HLFS-4 half-height heated cabinet accepts eight 18-inch-by-26-inch pans or (16) 12-inch-by-20-inch-by-2¹/₂-inch pans. It is easy to transport since it has 5-inch swivel casters with donut neoprene wheels. Designed to hold product at serving temperatures, the cabinet has analog knobs to control the temperature.
