The temperature of the Metro C537-HFS-U 3?4-height heated holding cabinet can be adjusted between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit using a removable, bottom-mounted control module. To reduce energy consumption and preserve heat, it features Insulation Armour? and a solid, insulated aluminum door. This unit can accommodate (14) 18-inch by 26-inch pans or (26) 12-inch by 20-inch by 21?2-inch pans.
