Its temperature can be adjusted from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and it's insulated with long-lasting Insulation Armour? for optimal heat preservation. To offer a clear view of the interior, it features an insulated door made of clear polycarbonate.

This Metro C537-MFC-U mobile heated cabinet accommodates as many as (14) 18-inch by 26-inch or (26) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch pans. It's positioned on casters to facilitate transportation, and its molded-in handholds provide a secure grip. The exterior is made of dent-resistant red polymer that remains cool to the touch during use.
