Metro C539-HDS-U Full Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet W/ (17) Pan Capacity, 120v

The Metro C539-HDS-U heated combination cabinet is made to hold hot food at a designated temperature between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit that's displayed on a digital thermometer. It also comes with a master on/off switch, power-indicator lights, and a power-on light, all of which use recessed control dials so they aren't knocked off or damaged. The forced convection system heats up the cabinet and recovers temperature quickly with a controlled thermostat.

This full-size, insulated heating cabinet comes with solid, Dutch-style doors insulated with 1 inch of fiberglass. The aluminum cabinet is insulated with Insulation Armour?, a patented technology that keeps the exterior cool and holds heat within the cabinet. With its durable, polymer construction, Insulation Armour? resists stains and dents. Universal slides fit in the cabinet, are ¹/₄ of an inch in diameter, and are made from anodized nickel chrome wire. The Metro C539-HDS-U heated combination cabinet can hold 18 pans measuring 18 inches by 26 inches and 34 pans measuring 12 inches by 20 inches by 2¹/₂ inches. A total of 18 slide pairs are provided, though the cabinet can hold as many as 37.
