Metro C539-MDC-4 Full Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet W/ (18) Pan Capacity, 120v

The Metro C539-MDC-4 insulated heated cabinet has an adjustable thermostat that reaches 200 degrees Fahrenheit. The bottom-mounted control panel provides a readout on its digital thermometer and it has a moisture module for humidity heating. To address maintenance needs, the control panel can be removed. A power switch turns the unit on and off, and an indicator light shines when the power is on.

The fixed wire slides inside the Metro C539-MDC-4 full-height heated cabinet are positioned on 3-inch centers and hold (18) 18-inch by 26-inch or (34) 12-inch by 20-inch food pans. To serve food to patrons, this unit can be wheeled through hotels or banquet halls on 5-inch casters, two of which lock to hold it still. Providing durability and resistance against corrosion, this cabinet is made of aluminum.
