The Metro C565-SFC-UPFC mobile heated cabinet includes an integral water pan that improves food quality by providing humidity for the cabinet. Doors are built into both sides for pass-thru use, so operators can quickly access food. To reduce the risk of burns, the doors are made of double-pane tempered glass that stays cool to the touch while providing an interior view of product. To resist rust and corrosion, the unit is made of stainless steel, and it's insulated with high-density fiberglass to reduce heat loss.

The analog thermometer on the Metro C565-SFC-UPFC half-height heated cabinet's top panel remains on even when the unit is powered off. The temperature can be adjusted from 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit using a dial control, and if the temperature drops, its ducted heating system will recover quickly to prevent food from becoming cold. For mobility, this unit is built with 5-inch casters.
