Metro C565-SFS-L 1/2 Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet W/ (17) Pan Capacity, 120v

The Metro C565-SFS-L insulated heated cabinet is half height, measuring 29¹/₈ inches wide by 32⁵/₈ inches deep by 44³/₄ inches high. It uses a ducted heating system to rapidly heat the cabinet, while its high-density fiberglass insulation and solid door ensure warm air doesn't escape. To provide humidity, a water pan is integrated into the cabinet to improve food quality. The unit is made of stainless steel, which is strong enough to withstand heavy-duty commercial use.

To simplify transport from the kitchen to the dining room, the Metro C565-SFS-L mobile heated cabinet is fitted with 5-inch casters, two of which brake to stabilize the unit when the cabinet is loaded and unloaded. With the unit's top-mounted control panel, the temperature can be monitored and adjusted between 70 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Using lip-load slides, the unit accommodates as many as (17) 18-inch by 26-inch food pans.
