This Metro C565-SFS-UPFC C5? 6 series heated holding cabinet has a pass-thru arrangement that lets users load and retrieve pans from either side of the unit. On one side, a solid door helps retain heat, and the other side features a tempered glass door that grants a clear view of product for quick inventory checks. Its half-height design measures 29¹/₈ inches wide by 34⁵/₈ inches deep by 44³/₄ inches high and is mounted on 5-inch casters that facilitate maneuvering and stability. To extend its service life, this unit's cabinet is made of rigid, corrosion-resistant stainless steel.

The Metro C565-SFS-UPFC holding cabinet includes universal wire slides that can be adjusted on 1¹/₂-inch increments. Overall, it holds eight 18-inch by 26-inch pans or (16) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch pans. To ensure foods are warm prior to serving, this unit uses a thermostatically controlled, ducted heating system and 2¹/₂-inch-thick high-density fiberglass insulation. Users can adjust temperatures between 70 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit on the top-mounted control system, which includes an analog thermometer that always provides a temperature readout, even when the unit is off. To retain the texture of foods, users also can incorporate the water pan system for passive humidity.
