To preserve temperatures so food is warm prior to serving, this Metro C569-SFS-L C5? 6 series heated holding cabinet is insulated with 2¹/₂-inch-thick, high-density fiberglass. Thermostatically controlled ducting heating generates temperatures between 70 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and operators can adjust temperatures with the top-mounted controls. To ensure foods are stored in an appropriate environment, an integral water pan system adds passive humidity to safeguard food texture. Even when the unit is off or unplugged, the analog thermometer displays a temperature reading.

The Metro C569-SFS-L heated holding cabinet's extruded aluminum lip-load slides support as many as 35 sheet pans to accommodate high-volume heating applications. The reach-in configuration's solid stainless steel front door provides operators direct access to the pans. Because the door is fully insulated, it helps reduce temperature fluctuations when opened for short periods of time. The cabinet interior and exterior are made of stainless steel that resists rust and corrosion, lengthening the unit's service life. This full-height unit measures 29¹/₈ inches wide by 32⁵/₈ inches deep by 74³/₄ inches high and can be transported because it's fitted with 5-inch casters.
