The Metro C569-SFS-U C5? 6 series heated holding cabinet's reach-in layout grants operators direct access to the unit's universal wire slides to streamline pan insertion and removal. The slides accommodate (18) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans or (34) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch steam pans and can be raised or lowered in 1¹/₂-inch increments. The unit's interior and exterior are made of corrosion- and rust-resistant stainless steel for longevity, and the front door is made of solid, fully insulated stainless steel to preserve internal cabinet temperatures when it's opened for short periods of time. This full-height unit is furnished with four 5-inch casters?two of which have brakes?for mobility.

Because the Metro C569-SFS-U holding cabinet's ducted heating system can circulate temperatures between 70 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, it's suited to provide an appropriate holding environment for various foods. Its integral pan system adds passive humidity to the cabinet, keeping foods' original textures intact prior to serving. Operators can quickly adjust temperatures with the top-mounted temperature controls, and the analog thermometer provides a constant temperature readout, even when the unit is unplugged.
