Made of durable stainless steel, the Metro C569L-SDC-U C5? heated holding cabinet can withstand rigorous use without rusting, scratching, or corroding. To enable mobility, it's positioned on 5-inch casters, and to preserve warm air, it's built with high-density fiberglass insulation. It functions with a ducted heating system to shorten recovery times, and the unit uses an integral water pan system to add moisture to the air. This unit's universal wire slides are adjustable in 1¹/₂-inch increments, and it's equipped with one set of double-pane glass Dutch doors.

A full-height model, the Metro C569L-SDC-U mobile holding cabinet measures 29¹/₈ inches wide by 32⁵/₈ inches deep by 74³/₄ inches high. It has a temperature range of 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and users can adjust these levels with comfortable-to-access, top-mounted controls. This unit can accommodate (17) 18-inch by 26-inch pans or (32) 12-inch by 20-inch pans.
