The Metro C569L-SDC-UPDC mobile heated cabinet operates with a ducted heating system that shortens recovery times, heats quickly, and improves performance. Using an integral water pan system, it adds passive humidity to the cabinet, which helps prevent food from drying out quickly. This full-height model is equipped with two sets of solid Dutch doors, and it measures 29¹/₈ inches wide by 34⁵/₈ inches deep by 74³/₄ inches high. Using top-mounted controls, operators can adjust its temperature from 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
