The Metro C569L-SDS-UPDS C5? 6 series heated holding cabinet ensures products are held at safe temperatures and remain hot prior to serving. Temperatures are displayed on the analog thermometer, even when the unit is off or unplugged, and to accommodate a wide range of product, temperatures can be adjusted between 70 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit with the top-mount temperature controls. The integral water pan system adds humidity to the cabinet to prevent foods from drying out or losing their intended texture. High-density, 2¹/₂-inch-thick fiberglass lines the unit's full perimeter to maintain temperatures when the doors are opened for short periods of time.

Inside the Metro C569L-SDS-UPDS holding cabinet, universal wire slides hold (17) 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans or (32) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch steam table pans, and the slides can be adjusted in 1¹/₂-inch increments. Because it has a pass-thru configuration, operators can access pans from either side of the unit to streamline loading and retrieval. Its four solid Dutch doors are made of durable stainless steel and have a fully-insulated, double-panel construction. This full-size unit measures 29¹/₈ inches wide by 34⁵/₈ inches deep by 74³/₄ inches high and is mounted on four 5-inch casters, two of which have brakes.
