The Metro C569L-SFS-UPFC C5? 6 series heated holding cabinet produces and preserves temperatures between 70 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure prepared foods are warm before serving. Its thermostatically controlled ducted heating system heats and recovers cabinet temperatures quickly by circulating warm air through the cabinet, and high-density fiberglass insulation built into the cabinet's interior prevents temperatures fluctuations when the doors are opened for short periods. Operators can adjust temperatures with the top-mounted controls, and an analog thermostat provides a constant temperature readout, even if the unit isn't in use.

To streamline product loading, retrieval, and inventory checks, the Metro C569L-SFS-UPFC heated holding cabinet features a pass-thru design with a solid, fully insulated door on one side and a transparent, tempered glass door on the other. Inside the cabinet, universal wire slides are adjustable in 1¹/₂-inch increments and can accommodate (18) 18-inch by 26-inch pans or (34) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch steam pans. This 29¹/₈-inch-wide by 34⁵/₈-inch-deep by 74³/₄-inch-high unit is made of stainless steel—a durable metal that resists corrosion and rust. For smooth maneuvering, it's mounted on 5-inch casters—two of which have brakes to secure it in place.
