To reduce recovery times and enable rapid heat up, this unit operates with a digitally controlled ducted heating system.

To streamline foodservice, the Metro C589-SDC-UPDC full-height heated cabinet sits on 5-inch casters for mobility. Double-pane glass doors on both sides of the unit promote interior visibility and permit pass-thru use. The full perimeter of the cabinet contains high-density fiberglass insulation, reducing the loss of energy and heat.
