Adjustable in 1¹/₂-inch increments, the Metro C589-SFC-U mobile heated cabinet's universal wire slides can hold (18) 18-inch by 26-inch or (34) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch food pans. It's constructed of resilient stainless steel and measures 29¹/₈ inches wide by 32⁸/₈ inches deep by 74³/₄ inches high overall. Because the door is made of double-paned glass, product in the cabinet is always visible. To further retain warm air, the unit is insulated with full-perimeter, high-density fiberglass.

The Metro C589-SFC-U heavy-duty heated cabinet is equipped with 5-inch casters to enable mobility. To reduce recovery times and provide rapid heating, it's operated with a digitally controlled ducted heating system. Adjustable through the top-mounted digital controls, the temperature ranges from 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and if it drops too low, a low-temp alarm will sound to alert nearby staff.
