The Metro C589-SFS-U mobile heated cabinet is a full-height, reach-in model with universal wire slides that can accommodate as many as (18) 18-inch by 26-inch or (34) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch pans. It's made of durable 304 stainless steel that won't rust or corrode over time and includes a self-closing door to ease adding or removing product from the cabinet. Because the cabinet sits on a set of 5-inch casters, it can smoothly glide between locations.

As it's built with high-density fiberglass insulation, the Metro C589-SFS-U mobile heated cabinet is well equipped to maintain temperatures between 70 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Top-mounted controls provide improved operator access while eliminating the risk of accidental damage when staff move around the kitchen. Furthermore, a low-temperature alarm beeps to notify employees if the temperature has remained lower than expected for too long.
