The Metro C589-SFS-UPFC mobile heated cabinet has a pass-thru design that facilitates expedient service from kitchen to serving line. One door is solid and fully insulated to help the cabinet retain heat and save energy, while the other door features a double-pane tempered glass window that provides a view into the cabinet without opening it. A set of casters attached to the bottom of the cabinet ensure smooth mobility through a kitchen or banquet hall.

The Metro C589-SFS-UPFC full-height heated cabinet offers a temperature range between 70 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit that can be adjusted with the digital thermostat mounted at the top of the cabinet. Its control panel also features memory recall and a low-temperature alarm system. Because it's built with full-perimeter fiberglass insulation, the cabinet holds heat well and saves energy.
