The Metro C595-SFS-U mobile heated cabinet is a half-height model measuring 30 inches wide by 36³/₈ inches deep by 44³/₄ inches high. It features a single solid door through which users can load and unload sheet pans onto its universal wire slides. To preserve heat and optimize product quality, it's built with high-density fiberglass insulation, and if water or temperature levels fall below the specified range, operators are notified with alarms. These levels can be adjusted using intuitive touchscreen controls.

Durable enough to endure high-volume use, the Metro C595-SFS-U holding cabinet is made of corrosion-resistant, easy-to-clean stainless steel. Designed for mobility, it's equipped with 5-inch casters, and to protect surrounding equipment during transit, it features a non-marking polymer bumper that doubles as a drip-trough to reduce messes. This unit is furnished with high-temperature Santoprene gaskets as well as a high-strength magnetic pull latch to create a tight seal.
