Metro C595-SFS-UPFS 1/2 Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet W/ (8) Pan Capacity, 120v

Built for durability, the Metro C595-SFS-UPFS heated cabinet is constructed of easy-to-clean, corrosion- and rust-resistant stainless steel. It's a half-height model with a pass-thru configuration, so operators can access the interior from either side. In total, it accommodates eight 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans or (16) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch pans. Overall, it measures 30 inches wide by 36³/₈ inches deep by 44³/₄ inches high.

The Metro C595-SFS-UPFS heated holding cabinet has a temperature range of 90 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and operators can adjust these levels with intuitive touchscreen controls. To prevent unauthorized or accidental modifications, it features a password-protected control lock. This unit is built with high-density fiberglass insulation to prevent heat from seeping out of the cabinet, and it's mounted on 5-inch casters for mobility, two of which have brakes to secure the cabinet in place.
