Because the Metro C597-SFS-U C5? 9 Series heated holding cabinet is constructed of stainless steel, it works great for commercial applications. The exterior resists dents and features a polymer bumper on the bottom for protection. To prevent scratched walls, the full-length door latches shut magnetically and doesn't swing open while in motion. Steering handles are conveniently built into the sides, and all of the casters swivel for movement in any direction.

This Metro C597-SFS-U heated cabinet has both humidity and temperature controls, so it can warm a large variety of dishes. It prioritizes temperature over moisture, ensuring foods are always warm when the customer gets them. Both settings are adjustable with rotary knobs and digital displays on the front. If either the temperature or pan's water level fall too low, the unit begins beeping to notify those nearby. All settings are remembered when the unit is shut off and can be restored using the recall button.
